Seafood Rice Porridge In 10mins. As the name suggested, we will cook the rice then make it into porridge by adding some stocks. Then add in some seafood, done. It's as simple as that.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of pre-cooked rice
1 packet of Tiger Grouper fish slices (marinate with salt)
7 – 8 sea prawns
Some fish balls
3 salted pickled radishes
Few slices of ginger
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 clove of shallot, sliced
1 big bowl of chicken stock
½ bowl of chopped spring onion (half for the broth, half for garnishing)
Some fresh corianders (half for the broth, half for garnishing)
Some fried garlic (to garnish)
Seasoning:
Pinch of salt
Few drops of Ong Ky premium fish sauce
½ cap of shao hsing cooking wine
Few dashes of white pepper
