MINI BUS FALLS INTO GORGE, SEVERAL KILLED

A mini bus travelling from Thathri to Doda, J&K fell into a gorge in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district around 9 am this morning. At least eight people died and several got injured. Additional SP of Doda informed that the rescue operation is still underway. Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that the injured were shifted to GMC Doda and assistance required will be provided to them. Prime minister Narendra Modi also condoled the deaths in the road accident. An ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh from Prime Minister National Relief Fund will be provided each to families of those who lost their lives and Rs 50,000 to those injured
