২৩.৪ কেজি নদীর বিশাল বাঘাইড় মাছ নিয়ে এতিমখানা এবং মাদ্রাসায় - Devil Catfish for Orphanage Students

এই সপ্তাহে আমরা ভিন্ন এক ধরণের আয়োজন করেছি। প্রায় ২৫ কেজি নদীর বিশাল বাঘাইড় মাছ নিয়ে গেছিলাম আমাদের পাশের গ্রামের এতিমখানা এবং মাদ্রাসার ছাত্রদের খাওয়ানোর জন্য সাথে নিয়েছিলাম ডিম এবং মিষ্টি।

আমরা যখন এই বিশাল বড় মাছ নিয়ে এতিমখানায় পৌছালাম তখন সব ছাত্ররা মাছটা দেখার জন্য ভিড় জমাল।

তারপর আমরা সব বাজার সদাই এক জায়গা নিয়ে ছাত্রদের সাথে গল্পের সাথে সাথে কেটে নিলাম।

তারপর আমরা বিশাল বাঘাইড় মাছটা কাটা শুরু করলাম কিন্তু আমরা যেহেতু পেশাদার মাছ কাটতে পারি না তাই একজন পেশাদার মাছ কাটতে পারে একজনকে নিয়ে গেছিলাম। উনি খুব সুন্দর করে মাছটা ছোট ছোট করে কেটে দিলেন।

এর মধ্যে আমরা ডিম সিদ্ধ করে নিলাম এবং এতিম ছাত্রদের সাথে বসে চুলে নিলাম।

তারপর ডিম ভুনা এবং বাঘাইড় মাছের তরকারি রান্না করার জন্য যত ধরণের মশলা লাগবে সবাই বানায় নিলাম।

তারপর এতিমখানা এবং মাদ্রাসায় যে দাদা রান্না করতো তার সাথে আমরা ডিম এবং বাঘাইড় মাছের ভুনা তরকারি রান্না করলাম।

রান্নার শেষে সব ছাত্রদের আমরা খাবার বেড়ে খাওয়াইলাম এবং শেষে আমরাও খাইলাম।

হুজুর আমাদের জন্য দুআ করলেন এবং আমরা বিদায় নিলাম।


Today we arrange different kind of program. Normally we arrange food program for a family.

But today we bought very expensive & big size river devil catfish. We have bought today 23.4 KG big devil catfish to feed orphanage & Islamic studies institute students.

In this orphanage institute have about 50-60 orphans kids and they study here for free. People donate here to run this Madrasha.

We have bought also sweet and eggs to serve with devil catfish curry.

We also cook eggs vuna curry. First we cutting this big fish into small small size. We also boiled all the eggs and then we preparing all the ingredient with institute students. We gossip with lots of student and we also hear Islamic song from a student.

We cook this food with this institute chef who cook daily for them. Every students called him grandpa and he can cook nicely.

After finish cooking we serve food to those innocence's orphan student and then imam and student pray for us and we said bye to them.
