Surfside identity thieves had credit card maker, new video and photos show

Video obtained exclusively by Local 10 News shows the arrest of one of the suspects accused of stealing the identity of condo collapse victims for financial gain. Photos also show the technology the group allegedly used to secure fraudulent credit cards.
