EASY TACO SOUP AN INEXPENSIVE MEAL WITH VERSATILE IDEAS FOR THE WEEK

Easy Taco soup an inexpensive meal with versatile ideas for the week. Taco soup is one of those recipes that we generally have the ingredients readily available at home in the pantry, fridge, freezer and etc. Taco soup can be prepared with beef, turkey or beans and veggies truly whatever you'd like to do with this dish it's user friendly and adaptable how you see fit. Taco soup is a dish that you can put in front of your family for under $15 - $20 and it can feed 6-8 people comfortably. Taco soup is a great lunch, or dinner that's guaranteed to be a stress free throw together but it will yield flavorful and fulfilling results. Taco soup can be done for friends, game day you name it, it's one of those feed the masses type recipes. Taco soup is an easy throw together recipe that you can put on your table in front of your family in under 20 mins literally no more than 30 minutes. Taco soup doesn't have to only be enjoyed on a typical Taco Tuesday but any day of the week. Taco soup is one of those one pot dishes that is truly versatile in how it can be transformed into several variations. Taco soup can be transformed into a Vegetarian dish just the same this dish is one that everyone can enjoy literally from one variation to another.

Ingredients - Meat of your preference (I used 2 lbs of ground turkey) - your preference ground beef and etc, black beans 2 cans, northern white beans 2 cans, tomatoes - fire roasted 2 cans, 1 tomato - garlic, basil, oregano seasoned, 2 can of sweet whole corn, 2 cans red kidney beans, taco seasoning 2 packs - use 1 1/2 or 2 packs flavors great, Mexican blend cheese, tortilla chips, potatoes - Russet (optional), corn bread mix, rice of your preference (optional), 5 TBSP White pepper & Black pepper, Ranch season pack 2, 4 TBSP extra virgin olive oil if you're using Ground Turkey it does require additional fat and to alleviate pan sticking.

Cooking instructions

- add 4 TBSP Virgin oil to pot on stove top cook on medium high heat or in a pressure cooker on Saute mode

- add extra virgin olive oil 4 TBSP and pan sear ground turkey or meat of your preference for 10-12 mins or until completely cooked.

- pour the juice off of every other can (for example you have your 2 cans of corn pour the juice off of only 1 of the cans before adding to your pot of Taco soup, but pour the 2nd can as is with the juice included and continue this with all of your can ingredients of this dish.

- add all can goods after they've been rinsed and cleaned to ground turkey, mix everything together well, 1 - 2 mins, add taco season packs 2 1/2 packs or all 3 season to your liking add 2 packs initially taste to measure if it's good enough for your liking, add 5 TBSP Black and White Pepper. If the balance taste slightly salty no worries add 1/2 tsp White sugar this will pull that salty taste back if it's too much for your liking.

Taco soup without the beans repeat all the same steps above with the seasonings and other cans with the exception of the beans, you can add diced or chopped onions and red & green peppers from the frozen department of the grocery store for a shortcut.
