This NATO-standard tested, Carabinieri-issued SMG/PCC is the modern evolution of the TEC-9 and the B&T P26. The PMX/PMXs is a straight blowback carbine that has been available in Europe for some time now, however, it is now coming to the USA. The Beretta PMXs is pending BATFE approval and after it is approved - some time between one month and one year from now - it will be available for US civilian purchase.
