A military unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has neutralized a Russian reconnaissance drone.

The aircraft was landed by the electronic warfare specialists of the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Yakiv Handziuk.
An Orlan-10 aircraft was found at the landing site of the Russian drone.
The unmanned aerial vehicle remained intact.
Russia’s occupying forces are constantly using unmanned aerial vehicles to inspect and adjust their artillery fire on Ukrainian positions.
“After our victory, this cute “bird” will take an honorable place in the museum, along with our other trophy exhibits,” said the brigade fighters.
Orlan-10 is a Russian multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle system. The Orlan-10 system consists of a base station and several UAVs.
It is designed to monitor long and local objects in hard-to-reach areas, and was produced by the “Special Technology Center.”
The system includes operators’ positions, equipment for the radio control channels and data transmission.
Also, the system includes the UAV maintenance and launch equipment and a 1 kW gasoline generator to ensure autonomous operation.
