ECOWAS 'determined' to ensure military coups are a failure, says Niger FM

The objective of ECOWAS is "to ensure that the experience of seizure of power by a military junta is a failure, not only in Mali but also in Burkina," says Niger's Foreign Minister Hassoumi Massoudou at a joint press conference with his French counterpart Jean-Yves Le Drian in Paris.
