Pakistan Allows Indian Spy Kulbhushan Jadhav to Appeal Death Sentence | జాదవ్ అప్పీల్ ఆమోదం

ఉగ్రవాదం, గూఢచర్యం ఆరోపణలపై పాకిస్థాన్ లోమరణశిక్ష పడిన భారత్ కు చెందిన విశ్రాంత నౌకదళ అధికారి కులభూషణ్ జాదవ్ కు....ICJ ఆదేశాల మేరకు అప్పీల్ చేసుకునేందుకు దాయాది దేశం అంగీకరించింది. ఈ మేరకు పార్లమెంటు సంయుక్త సమావేశంలో ఓ బిల్లు ఆమోదించింది. ఉగ్రవాదం, గూఢచర్యం ఆరోపణలపై 2017 ఏప్రిల్ లో జాదవ్ కు పాకిస్థాన్ మిలిటరీ కోర్టు విధించిన ఉరిశిక్షను....అంతర్జాతీయ న్యాయస్థానంలో భారత్ సవాల్ చేసింది. జాదవ్ ను తమ రాయబారి కలిసేందుకు పాక్ తిరస్కరిస్తోందని ఫిర్యాదు చేసింది.
