Francis Bacon played a critical role in the development of the westem intellectual tradition. Peter Dawkins, an architect and Cambridge scholar, is the president of the British Council of the University for Peace and founder/president of the Francis Bacon Trust. According to Dawkins, Bacon left behind many secret writings which shed light on the true history and importance of his work -- and its relevance for the twentieth century.
