As a child, Hugues Balde was curious about what made the light turn on and off. Now as an electrical engineer who focuses on transmission for the City of Tallahassee, he performs his work with passion. He loves helping people, both through engineering and as pastor for the local Haitian church. He encourages local youth to follow their interests and find ways they, too, can help our community.
