Even as he faces the heat over the Lakhimpur Kheri incident, MoS Home Ajay Misra Teni will not be tendering his resignation. After allegations were raised that his son Ashish Misra’s car ran over protesting farmers in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Misra said, “My son wasn't there in the car. Following this, the vehicle lost its balance and ran over a few people present there. I've expressed sympathy towards those who have lost their lives. There should be an unbiased probe.”
