Do You Know How Tasty Kidneys of Buffalo? Buffalo Gudda Kosha with Hodgepodge for Special People

Today 70+ years old 4 brothers grandpa cooking different kind of food for special people. They arranged about 30 KG kidney of buffalo & cook delicious kidney kosha curry.

They also cook traditional delicious hodgepodge to serve with kidney curry.

Buffalo kidney called in Bengali "Mohisher Gudda".

First grandpa cutting all the gudda into small small pieces and then they clean the meat using pure drinking water and then they boiled the kidney using some salt.

Then they added all kind spice ingredient and cooked tasty kidney curry to serve old age, poor & physically challenged unfortunate people.

They also cook delicious hodgepodge/khichori to serve with buffalo kidney kosha curry.

After finish cooking 70+ years old 4 grandpa eating together with fun and then make packet of food. Then they visit all of those unfortunate people house and give them precious food packet.
