BF's Friends Put On Show At MY House Thinking I Won't Know But I Show Them Photos Of That Mess

I have a large house, my bf moved in 4 month prior lockdown. When corona started he asked me whether his friend (A) and his gf (S) could move in, because the lost their jobs and weren't able afford their flat.
I said sure, but had a convo with them personally to agree on some rules (aka respecting my dog and cats, not taking my things without asking first etc.). They moved in March and we'd had 2 main incidents.
