Why Mike Tomlin needs to be held accountable for players' actions

A follow up to my video I made on JuJu Smith-Schuster the other day. While it certainly does not pardon his behavior, Mike Tomlin has let this behavior from his players roll off his back for way too long now. As the leader of the team, it's time to start taking responsibility for the players, stop being complacent, and put your foot down.
