If you do not test at local, and when NCL test you positive, you do not have any refund from NCL. You have to test COVID-10 on the spot at embarking day. Then when you go back to US. The last day on ship, NCL test COVID-19 one more time. You must hold the result in your hand to show custom when you re-enter America. A lot of trouble right??? Be prepare and good luck to everyone.
