Al-Qaeda chief Ayman Al-Zawahiri has resurfaced amid rumours of his death in a video released to mark 9/11 terrorist attacks anniversary. Al-Qaeda's As-Sahab media released hour-long video of Zawahiri, which is mostly dedicated to Palestine, but Zawahiri also makes a mention of Kashmir in his speech. This is for the second time in recent weeks that al-Qaeda has talked about Kashmir in its statements. Earlier, the al-Qaeda in its congratulatory message to Taliban for Afghanistan takeover had called for the liberation of Kashmir. There are apprehensions in India of a terrorist spillover from Afghanistan into Kashmir after Taliban takeover.
