When I started selling on eBay back in 2016 there were not too many tools
sellers could use to improve their productivity and increase sales.

Product research was done manually or without any logic.
There was only 1 main listing software with very limited functionality.
and we did most of the things manually from ordering to customer service.

However... 5 years past and lots of things have changed, today in 2021 there are many tools that can help you a lot.

In this video, I will cover the tools you need to use to increase sales, save time and improve productivity.

1. Product Research

You want to remove the guesswork and start relay on data, this will help you make better decisions, and list products that sell for profit.

The second reason for using product research tools is for saving time.

2. Lister

eBay Lister is one of the most important tool for improving productivity.

listing manually on eBay can be a time-consuming and also a very annoying process.

Using lister you can upload items quickly, and make sure the listings optimized

3. Repricer / Monitor

Repricer or Monitor keeps track of pricing and stock, to make sure you are not losing money or selling out-of-stock items.

For example, if the price was changed on your supplier's website, it will automatically update the price on eBay according to your profit settings.

Using repricer or monitor is necessary when you manage a large number of listings, but it also depends on the supplier you are using, usually, US suppliers such as Amazon or Walmart tend to have more frequent price changes or stock changes, while with Ali express it happens much less.

Auto ordering feature is usually a part of a Repricer / Monitor software
and it is very effective when you have to manage a large number of orders.

in all my big stores I use the auto ordering function

But it is not really necessary when you get started, I recommend starting process orders manually first, so you can really understand how to work with your suppliers.

A great tool to improve customer service efficiency, increase feedbacks rate and save time.

The auto messaging tool will send messages automatically to your customers based on your need.

I recommend first use it for post-sales messages, such as thank you for your purchase and the product shipped.

Virtual assistance management software is a great way to take control on your business and employees, the software will control the time of the VA and when they work and also will record their screen, so you can always watch what they did during their shift.
