Happy that this Spurge has survived 2 heat waves. Now I think the danger is over, I am moving it back to where I have planned for it to be. Since the cut back a month ago, this has grown almost 4 x in size. Foliage is green now. I wonder what would it take (sun or cold temperature?) to make the ruby red.
