1/4 cup rolled oats - 90 calorie
3/4 cup low fat/skimmed milk
1/2 tsp desi ghee
5 almonds
1 tsp honey or as per taste
fresh fruit of your choice
I used 30 gram apple and 2 tbsp pomegranate
Total calories- 254
Protein - 8.9 g
Fats - 6.7 g
Carbs - 40.1 g
Fiber - 4.1 g
