This video is all about in our daily drinks. It gives us strength to our immunity. That help us to prevent having a sick.

TEA ingredients:
* Water 3 to 5 cups
* Banaba 3 to 5 leaves
* Sambong 3 to 5 leaves
* Guyabano 3 to 5 leaves
* Avoacdo 3 to 5 leaves
* Pandan 1 to 3 leaves for the better smell

Additional taste:
* Honey 1 tsp it give us sweet taste.
* Calamansi 1 to 2 it can gives us Vitamins C

Procedure:
Just boil the leaves into the water then filter the leaves and add additional taste. Enjoy drinking guys!
You can reused it again and again just add water to boil.
