Youths and Local administrators in Mandera county have rolled out football leagues in efforts to rescue youths hooked on drugs in the area. Speaking during the kick off of Khalaliyo football league, Khalaliyo area chief Mohamed Adan, said the monthly six team league will help in curbing drug abuse in the area by keeping the youths busy.
