We have made a combination of Burger and Fries which is as messy and as classic as it can get! Do watch the complete video to make Single Decker and Double Decker Messy Burger with a combination of simple and amazing ingredients.
Ingredients for this recipe:
3 Boiled Potatoes to Mash
Boiled Peas
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2tsp
Roasted Cumin (Jeera) Powder - 1/2tsp
Ajwain (Carrom) Seeds - 1/4tsp
SLURRY
Maida - 3tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
HOMEMADE DIP
Mayonnaise - 2tbsp
Ketchup - 2tbsp
COLESLAW
Mayonnaise - 2tbsp
1 Grated Carrot
1 Chopped Onion
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4tsp
Salt as per taste
Few Drops of Lemon
YOU CAN ALSO ADD CUCUMBER AND CABBAGE AND CAN USE IT AS A SANDWICH SPREAD.
Now, start frying the tikki until it is brown-ish.
A burger is incomplete without fries. So, fry some classic fries on the side at your conveniece.
